Dr. Bollenbacher is a Refractive Specialist at our InSight LASIK Boulder location. Dr. Bollenbacher received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Optometry degrees at the University of Houston. Upon finishing his doctorate, he began working at a multi-specialty medical group in Houston before moving to Colorado in 1999. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in refractive surgery and ophthalmic pathology consultation while working at two refractive surgery centers, in private practice, and as an Adjunct Professor with the University of Houston College of Optometry.
He lives in Superior, Colorado and has two sons. He also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, backcountry hiking, tennis, cycling, playing bass guitar, and amateur automobile racing.
